Amanda Setton was born December 16th 1985 (aged 25) she grew up in Great Neck, New York and went to school there. She graduated from Ithaca College in her Junior Year.

Amanda has had a recurring role in Gossip Girl as Penelope Shafai, she has also played Kimberly Andrews in the ABC daytime soap One Life to Live.

She has reportedly quit One Life to Live and is moving to Los Angeles to search for new roles.
