Gossip Girl is a American-produced television drama series which debuted in autumn 2007. It is aired on The CW television network in the United States, CTV in Canada, and on various other networks around the world. The show is based on the series of novels by the same name, created by author Cecily von Ziegesar. The series follows a group of teenagers living in Manhattan's posh and luxurious Upper East Side, where several prominent members of society are scrutinized by a mysterious gossip blogger called Gossip Girl.
