The Magnificent Archibalds is the 11th episode of the second season and the 29th overall.
For the rest of the country, Thanksgiving is when families come together to give thanks. But on the Upper East Side, the holiday thankfully returns to it's roots: lying, manipulation, and betrayal. And from what we hear, just like the Indians, someone else is being pushed out of their home.
Thanksgiving time once again on the Upper East Side and every family experiences a break from tradition. Blair is offended when her Mom's new man Cyrus Rose hijacks her Thanksgiving traditions and wants to propose. Jenny has been living in the Bass home since she left Brooklyn; Lily attempts to strengthen the frail bond between Rufus and Jenny.
Meanwhile, Eric discovers a secret about Bart. The Archibald family is reunited when the Captain comes back but asks his family to move to the Dominican Republic. When the FBI approaches Vanessa, she and Chuck help Nate deal with his father and stand up to him.
Jenny and Blair wander the streets but are eventually reunited with their families and Blair opens up to new traditions, she starts to realise that her mother's happiness is more important than Blair's past traditions. Especially when her father turns up to see her.
